Siberia Bar & Hotel - Aberdeen

The best thing is location - just off the town centre and the museums and restaurants. The staff are pleasant and accommodating, giving their best to make the stay a very comfortable experience. The building is lovely and the rooms are tidy with a safe and music.

All the staff were exceptional, attentive. My standard queen room had a private safe, central heating and an electronic key card.

I liked that it was central in the city of Aberdeen. It was also reasonably priced.

Too many stairs

staff were very friendly and helpful as I was aranging a suprise for my husband the were brilliant!! hotel was close to shops and pubs/restaraunts however was very quiet within the room. Room was clean aswell loved my stay and would go back

The room was clean, but it had poor ventilation and smelled damp.

Centrally located for our weekend.nice rooms.

It was very noisy when we were in bed.

Friendly reception staff

Dire location, just awful, pavements outside hotel filthy, very noisy, extremely unfriendly night porter, far too many stairs to negotiate to access reception and then room

i liked the idea of the jacuzzi, thought it was very nice to relax while you stay at hotel, very comfy bed and quite romantic decor

i think the hotel should let people know the parking is very poor and also it's in a bad place with people drinking above your car's which can cause damage to your car, very limited for room too

free internet

there was no restaurant. the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no apology from anybody regarding the badly disturbed night room was tiny and excessively priced at £98

Location, presentation of the room, and comfort of the bed.

Public areas should be better lit and the bed could have been wider.

The location was perfect. Although the breakfast was continental, it was the best we have ever had! Superb range and quality. The room was lovely and perfect in every way. The bathroom was divine. Would recommend and will be back!!

The well presented rooms and unique decor. The City Centre Location is obviously superb.

No view. Too close to noisy pubs and night revellers. I had drunks chatting and screaming at my window for many hours. The toilet seat was far too high and I don't have particularily short legs. This is even more relevant because it was a room designed for the handicaped! The impression of the hotel from the outside wasn't particularily appealing!

The stall were cheerful, efficient and most helpful. My room (s) were clean, comfortable and warm (important in Aberdeen at this time of year!) The breakfast was more than adequate. I say "rooms" because I suffer from COPD and stairs are a nightmare and, there being no lifts, I asked for a change of room to avoid a flight of stairs. This was done immediately a room became free without any fuss. Once the staff became aware of my difficulty they constantly offered to carry any bag I had upstairs on my way from reception.

The absence of a lift (I appreciate nothing can be done about this given the layout/age of the structure.)

Way to expensive for what the hotel had to offer rooms were very small breakfast area was in reception was very disapointed,i would recommend this hotel only as a stop over for one night depending on the price as it was a rip off what we had to pay for 2 nights the only concilation was the staff were great.
